Voting/payment options.

Should make a vote link, that is linked to your account on the forum, just so when people aren't in game they can vote when they aren't in game.

And I've said to Brandon but this is in a little more detail, there should be a text payment option for phones, just for people who don't have paypal or a credit card, also the phone payment should be set in a way you can use different countries, because the server is American not all the players are, i.e some from Australia, Finland etc.

this is really good because as you have stated, there is no vote link on the forums and the only way to vote is in game. i approve of these suggestions
