my apeal second attempt

I am sorry to Brandon and everyoone who heard me saying "join my server on the public chat just to let you know i don't actually have a server i was just joking when you banned me or the update i was typing "jk i don't actually have a server". I understand why i got banned but was it for 3 black-marks or just a straight away  ban. Can you tell me if this is a perm ban or a temp please i really want to get on again as i am playing the beta and it gets a bit boring whens there's only me on
